Eng. House Bill No. 4395 -- H. B. 4395 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §60A-9-5 and §60A-9-5a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the requirement that a veterinarian monitor the controlled substance monitoring database; and updating the code to reflect previous changes.
